Our Four-Step Caregiving Process to get you started
  • Care Assessment: SRN Agency performs a thorough care assesment free of charge. We use this assessment to come up a Plan Of Care that ensures professional care from a highly-skilled caregiver. The client’s needs and personal preferences will be stated on his/her Plan Of Care.

  • Client Service Agreement: We require a signed Client Service Agreement prior to providing our services. You can modify this agreement anytime you want, and you may cancel within 48-hours notice. Rest assured that there is no long-term obligation for services rendered to you.

  • Caregiver Interviews: Upon completion of the Plan Of Care and the Client Service Agreement, our CM (Case Manager) will begin selecting caregivers and schedule interviews. You have the option to interview our caregiver in person or by phone. Or we will select the caregiver suited to your needs without interviews. We will provide caregiver’s personal information for your review. Hence, this will help you make your decision much easier.

  • Start of Care: After completing the above steps, we’ll set up a schedule that suits your particular needs, and begin our professional and efficient services.
